Our traditional approach is to make it more interesting for folks like you and I.
But this time we decided to take a little different approach.
Instead of making it more interesting for folks like us - why don't we take it and use it to enable a group of people who would not otherwise be able to hold down a job?
And by that I'm talking about those with disabilities. Severe disabilities. Like mental retardation, autism, all types of physical disabilities.
So that is our plan in this center. We're going to hire six-hundred people and two hundred of those are with very severe disabilities.
