Finding your way around

Viewing video
There are a number of videos on this website, to view them you need to have the Windows Media Player on your computer. You can get the Windows Media Player by clicking on the link below.
All our videos have captions. How to set up the captions in Windows Media Player.
If the video still does not play, try using a different browser:
- PC users can download Internet Explorer from the Microsoft web site.
- Mac users can use the Safari browser.
Note: Captions will not display on the Mac, but you can download or print video scripts.
Adding Sound
Do you find reading difficult or have problems with your eyesight? Some of this site is available via sound.
