General warehouse worker

These positions support the many areas of our distribution center. Job tasks change based on the area where the team member is assigned. A general warehouse worker may perform some of the following functions:

Detrash tasks

  1. Recognize which lane is lit up.
  2. Pull the case from that lane.
  3. Remove the packaging.
  4. Place the product in tub and send it away.

Case Check-In tasks

  1. Select a case and move it onto the workstation table.
  2. Scan the barcode on the case.
  3. Send the case to the next workstation.

Picking tasks

  1. Match series of letters on screen to tote.
  2. Recognize blinking light to determine correct bin to pick from.
  3. Pick correct number of products from bin.
  4. Place the products in tote and send it away.
