What is the workplace like?

Lehigh Valley Distribution Center has been employing people with disabilities since 1993. we have several team members that have been employed through our partner, Good Shepherd and also use their temporary service as a bridge to full employment.

What is a typical day?

A typical day includes, clocking in, storing personal items in locker, attending departmental meeting at the beginning of each shift. On some days, you can be assigned to temporarily work in another department to help them out, this can last for a few hours or a few days.
